For a significant amount of time, the subdivision of Blue Rock Springs had a community parking lot with parking light fixtures that have not worked in years. The HOA wanted to replace the light fixtures but also save on their energy costs. Installing traditional electrical lighting would continuously add on to their utility costs per month.

SAT Energy installed 4 large solar powered LED light fixtures at the top of the existing parking lot pole using a specializing mounting bracket. Now the community parking lot at Blue Rock Springs has sufficient LED lighting at night while at the same time not worry about additional electrical utility costs.
