Cedar Mill Place is a small neighborhood community with several streets and one main entrance/exit-way. Previously, the community had no significant street lighting around its roadways, making the HOA community nearly pitch dark at night. 

SAT Energy provided several key solar lighting recommendations and upon approval, was able to install several larger solar powered LED street light fixtures at key points throughout the neighborhood. Now Cedar Mill Place has high quality LED lighting in the night without the need to increase their electrical utility expenses.
