The community at Cottage Courts was in need of entrance area lighting for the gated keypad sections. Adding traditional electrical lighting for the community entrances would have been too costly. 

SAT Energy proposed placing solar powered lighting on the middle islands to was able to install two separate solar light fixtures for each of the two entrances that the community had. Each light fixture is now responsible for illuminating the gate entrances and keypads all while saving the community on their energy costs.
