The HOA community of Landmark Pointe has a playground/park area in which previously there was no lighting at all nearby. The Board wanted to add lighting so that homeowners can enjoy and make use of their park later in the evenings and especially during the time of year where it gets darker earlier in the day.

SAT Energy proposed and installed off-grid solar powered LED light fixtures to be set within the park area to illuminate the playground, pavilion, and walkway through the park entrance. By using solar powered LED lighting to light up the park, the community does not have to deal with monthly utility costs to operate the lights nor did they have to require hundreds and hundreds of feet of electrical wiring or conduit.
