The community at Serenity Oaks near Spring Branch is a gated community containing a cluster of mailboxes that previously had no lighting at night. Efforts to provide electrical lighting for the mailboxes would have been highly expensive and labor intensive.

In order to deter vandalism and ensure the mailboxes are well lit at night, SAT Energy installed a 60W solar powered LED light fixture with a security camera to illuminate and monitor the mailboxes throughout the day. Now the community will be able to access their mailboxes at night with better ease and security reassurance.
